The International sucess of Eco Energy

The International sucess of Eco Energy

Eco Energy has projects in several countries. What is this inter- nationalisation down to?

The experience we have acquired allows us to create solutions which are adapted to the needs of emerging markets, where we decided to establish ourselves and where a process of rapid economic growth can be felt. We are in a position to work with the changes of the global economy, considering the cultural idiosyncrasies of each region in order to present a solution which is perfect for its context.
Along with this strategy, I would like to point out the brilliant and dedicated team that has been able to respond to the most varied of challenges.

The importance of experience in the internationalisation process

Even though he is quite satisfied so far, the rejoicing words of Rui Rocha, manager and economist, already point towards the new and great challenges on the horizon for his company, which is specialised in air conditioning and solar energy.
It is great to receive acknowledgment for our work so far. This motivates us to do better and better, striving for one main goal – Perfection and Excellence in maximising the potential of every project at a lower cost for the client, while providing high levels of well-being.

Has Portugal stopped being an attractive market for Construction in the meantime?

Portugal will always be our market; a market that has allowed us to learn, grow and evolve in our profession; a market that has prepared us for the world. In spite of the accentuated fall of the activity in Portugal, it has been possible to maintain the level of activity for the country.

Despite the importance given to the development of technologies and the talented human resources, your professional rigour is above everything. Please tell us about your team.
Technology is a tool but people are the most important. The Eco Energy team is composed of about 30 skilled professionals, who all have in common discipline, commitment and hard work. This human force, along with the concern for quality, which adapts to each project respecting the local culture and its traditions, is the key of our success.

What assessment would you make of the last three years of Eco Energy?

This time has been the sum of a series of projects in different areas and countries, with funny and sad stories, tales of success and failure, which are hard to convey. Above all else, they are unique recollections, which serve as a guide for the coming years and which represent a true asset for the near future. It is, without doubt, a very positive assessment, but this is still the beginning – I will continue to work harder and better.
